Chicken Cheese Ball
Delicious Easy Dish using Rotisserie Chicken |

1/2 Rotisserie chicken – white meat only, meat chopped fine –or- 1 can of chicken, drained
1 1/2 packages cream cheese, softened
1 package ranch dressing
1/2 and 1/2 cup pecans (chopped fine) or slivered almonds
|
Combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, chicken and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
With wet hands, form mixture into a ball. Roll the cheese ball in the remaining 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or almonds) until fully coated. Wrap in plastic and chill until firm, about 1 hour.
Serve with butter crackers, or Triscuits
NO NUTS OPTION
If you are not a fan of nuts, you can roll the cheeseball in shredded cheddar!
