Taco Dip Crowd Pleaser
Great for Buffet / Appetizer Party
1 can of refried beans
1/2 cup of Mayo
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 package of Taco spices mix
4 large tomatos Diced
1 bunch of green onions
1 cup of gratted cheese
2 bags of Taco Chips

 

Smooth refried beans on the bottom layer of an 12x9inch (or slightly smaller) container (see through glass lasagnia pan is cool for presentation). Combine sour cream, mayo and taco mix, spread evenly over refried beans. Layer evenly with diced tomatoes, then chopped green onions and gratted cheese. (you can add a layer of mashed avacado after the refried beans if you like)Keep refrigerated. You can make this the night before.
Preparation Time: 20 min Serves: Approx. 2 bags of Chips
