Beef Stroganoff - Poor Man's Recipe

1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
1 small onion
12oz. fresh mushrooms
1 1-lb. bag of extra wide noodles
1 8oz. container of sour cream
|
Brown ground beef, diced onion and fresh mushrooms in skillet. Drain fat.
Stir in soups (undiluted) and cook over low heat until bubbly.
Add sour cream and stir until mixed thoroughly.
Serve over cooked noodles.
Tasty served with garlic Texas toast!
