Easter Breakfast
Egg Casserole
Processed Swiss Cheese slices
8 eggs
Canadian Bacon Slices
1/4 cup Half and Half
2 tsp. Parmesian Cheese

 

Line bottom of baking dish with cheese slices. Place canadian bacon slices over cheese slices.

Break 8 or more eggs over bacon. Sprinkle with Parmesian cheese. Drizzle with Half and Half.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for approximately 25 minutes or until yolks are cooked.
