Fast, Fast Savoury Flan
A Delicious Side Dish or Serve Cold with a Salad |

1 3/4 cups grated zucchinis (courgettes)
1 large onion
3 rashers bacon
1 cup grated tasty cheese
1 cup self-raising flour
1/2 cup cooking oil
4 large eggs
salt
pepper
|
Grate unpeeled zucchinis coarsely.
Finely chop onion and bacon.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a well-greased ovenproof dish and bake in a moderate oven until browned for 30-40 minutes.
