Twinkie Cake

1 chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 1/3 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
FILLING:
1 cup water
5 Tbls. flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup crisco shortening
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. Almond Flavoring

Line a 9x13 cake pan with wax paper. Mix cake mix, pudding, water, oil, eggs, and salt together. Pour into cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Let cake cool. Cut the cake about halfway thru the depth..cutting thru the length of the cake...removing the top half (making it look like two slices of bread).
FILLING:
Cook and cool water and flour. Add sugar, margarine, crisco, vanilla, and almond. Beat for 5 minutes. Put Filling between the layers of the cake!
