Christmas Sugar Plums
Better than Truffles |

2 cups butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts (pecan, walnut, almonds)
2 cups instant oatmeal
coconut or sugar

Cream butter with powdered sugar and brown sugar; mix in cocoa; add vanilla, raisins and nuts; add oatmeal and mix until well blended.
Chill 2 hours; roll into 1 inch balls; roll in coconut or sugar to coat.
Refrigerate until just before serving.
Yields approximately 100.
