Coconut Macaroons Mom's Recipe-Tasty Stuff! |

2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk 2 2/3 cup flaked coconut 1 tsp. vanilla extract 3/4 tsp. almond extract

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until well-blended.
Drop by teaspoonfulls, about 1-inch apart onto a well-greased cookie sheet.
Bake in a 350 degree F. oven for about 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove immediately to a prepared surface of parchment or waxed paper to cool.
Option: Glace fruit macarrons- Add 1 cup of cut mixed glace fruit to above ingredients and proceed as directed. If desired, garnish the top of each macaroon with a red or green cherry or a nut meat before baking.
