Potato Candy
My Grandmothers Recipe!
1 jar Skippy smooth peanut butter
3 bags of powdered sugar
1 small white potato (not red potatoes)

 

Boil the small golf-ball size potato and let cool. Put potato in large bowl and pour in small amounts of the powdered sugar, mix well. When it gets watery again, mix more powdered sugar until mixture is ready to spread out onto a cutting board. Put peanut butter on the powdered sugar, roll out and roll up making sure to spread it out the long way. Cut into desired sizes and serve.

This recipe was done by my Grandmom for my mom and now my child. It is great but very sweet.
