Cupcake Quiche

12 Wonton wrappers
8 Eggs
Cubed turkey
1 Medium onios
3 Garlic cloves
1 Green pepper
1/2 Cup cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste

Cut wontons in a circle. Scramble eggs. Dice onions, garlic, & green peppers.
Place 1 wonton wrapper in bottom of a regular size cupcake tin, fill cupcakes tin 3/4 full with turkey, garlic, onions, cheese, and peppers. Fill with scramble and bake @ 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, depending on oven. Let set for 5 minutes and then enjoy. Makes 12 cupcakes.
