Ritzy Cheesy Potatoes

1 32oz. bag Southern Style Hash Browns (frozen)
1 cam Cream of Chicken Soup
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded cheese, your choice
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
Ritz Crackers (See Notes)

In medium-size baking dish mix first four ingredients. Add and mix in 1 stick of butter. Crumble two cups Ritz Crackers in bowl with remaining butter. Pour over top of potato mix.
Note:
Use more butter and crackers for thicker crust.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and place on center rack for approximately 60 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
For a shorter time, bake at 425 degrees for 50 minutes.
Note:
Potatoes do not have to be thawed.
