Easy as Pie Peanut butter cookies

1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup granulated Sugar
1 Large Egg
1 Splash of Vanilla Extract
|
Mix the sugar and the egg first then slowly mix in the peanut butter and vanilla. Preheat the over to 350. Spoon cookies onto an ungreased cookie sheet about an inch apart and bake for ten minutes. They will still look a lil soft but they will harden up as they sit. Enjoy!
