Peanut Butter Cup Brownies

2 pkgs. Brownie mix
1 bag Great Value (Walmart) Peanut Butter Milk Chocolate Cups
Paper baking cups
*4 eggs
*1 c. oil
*1/2 c. Water
*amounts will depend upon baking mix used. I used Duncan Hines Family Style Brownie Mix

Make brownies according to package directions (you'll have a double batch), place paper baking cups in muffin tin and fill each approx 1/2 full of batter then remove paper from peanut butter cups and place one in the center of each batter filled cup. Add well rounded teaspoon of batter to top of each and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. This method makes 30 brownies which is the number of peanut butter cups in each bag.
I bought the great big box of Duncan Hines Family Style Brownies that Walmart has with their restaurant sized items. Less than $5 and for $4 you can get 2 bags of the peanut butter cups and make 60 peanut butter cup brownies!
Also, not certain if any of you have had this issue but I have trouble getting brownies to come out right every time. If I switch pans or am using a new oven or a different mix. Time of year also seems to effect the outcome. I usually end up with brownies hard on the edges and undercooked in the center. I've tried lower temp and longer cooking time, nothing seems to work. These, however, come out perfect every time.
