11 1/2 oz. (325g) Flour
1 Egg
23 fl. oz. (700ml) Milk
1/2 oz. (14g) Sugar

 

Place the flour, egg and sugar into a stainless steel bowl and whisk to a smooth paste.

Add the remaining milk until the consistency of double cream is achieved.

Allow the batter to rest for at least an hour before use.
