RICE PUDDING
Rice in Brown sugar and Milk
2 cups of Fine Rice.
250 grams Brown Sugar.
100 grams Cashew nuts.
1 Liter of Whole Milk.
1 cup finely chopped one inch Coconut slices.
25 nos. Raisins.
2 cups Condensed Milk.
3 spoons clarified Butter (ghee).
1 spoon Cardamom powder.

 

Wash the rice. Put a tick bottomed vessel on the stove, pour two cups of water and one liter milk. Boil. Add the rice and cook until it is done. Add Brown sugar and simmer until it dissolves.

Take a pan, add ghee and heat. Fry the Cashew nuts, Raisins and Coconut slices and add to the cooked sweet rice.
Add the condensed milk and Cardamom powder and simmer for about five minutes and put off the flame.

SERVE HOT.
