To Die For Mousse
A Very Rich, Dense and Delicious Recipe
250 grams semisweet chocolate chips
2 Tbls. butter
7 eggs (seperated)
7 Tbls. sugar

 

Melt chocolate and butter together and then remove from heat. Add the egg yolks and mix well.
Next, beat the egg whites until very stiff, gradually adding sugar. This step can take up to 15 minutes.
Now, very slowly began to add the chocolate, beating and scraping the side of the bowl constantly.
Pour the mousse into serving bowls and chill until completely cool.
This recipe is so rich that you can serve smaller portions and receive twice the compliments!
