Attractive Kheema Recipe
A variety Preparation with Minced Meat
1 kg Minced Lamb Meat ( Kheema ).
250 grams Refined Oil.
100 grams Cashew nuts.
2 Tomatoes - chopped.
4 Large Onions - Chopped.
6 Cloves.
6 Cardamoms.
2 spoons mustered seeds.
4 spoons Red Chilly powder.
4 Lengthwise split Green Chillies.
2 spoons poppy seeds.
3 spoons chopped ginger.
6 Gaelic bulbs.
2 spoons Turmeric powder.
1 inch Cinnamon stick.
Salt to Taste.
1 bunch Curry leaves.


 

Clean the Minced meat (kheema). Add turmeric powder, two spoons of chilly powder, one spoon salt and two spoons of oil to the minced meat, mix well and leave to marinate.

Take half the onion pieces, cloves, cardamoms, poppy seeds, ginger and garlic pieces and cinnamon in a bowl and grind into smooth paste.

Take deep bottomed frying pan, add oil and heat. First fry the cashew nuts. Add remaining onion pieces, green chillies, mustered seeds, remaining two spoons of red chilly powder and finally the curry leaves and saute well. Now add the spices paste and fry until oil separates.

To the above, add the marinated minced meat, tomato pieces and enough salt. Mix thoroughly and fry for about ten minutes. Add water and cook until the kheema is done completely.

SERVE HOT WITH RICE AND PAN CAKES.
