Keep It Simple Black Bean Quesadilla
Simple and Healthy!
1/2 to 1 tbsp of very low calorie butter
1/4 of a cup Organic Low Fat Mexican Blend Cheese
One Tortilla that's no more than 110 calories
1/2 Organic Low Fat Black Beans, Canned
Low Calorie Salsa- Suggested to use Oscar's which is 10 calories per 1 tbsp

1. Measure ingredients out before preparing this dish. On a cutting board, make small piles of correct ammounts of black beans and cheese. (**Diet Swap, make your calories even lower! Use broccoli instead of black beans.)

2. On tortilla, find an imaginary line down the middle. On one side, spread out black beans. The other side, spread out cheese. Fold quesadilla over.

3. In small pan, (smallest pan allowing for tortilla, while still having enough room to accomidate tortilla) melt butter and saturate bottom of pan. When you can place your palm atleast two inches away from pan and feel heat, your pan is ready for your quesadilla.

4. Place quesadilla in pan. Allow to cook for about a minute and a half on each side. Quesadilla is ready when each side browns moderately.

5. Cut in half, so you have two pieces. Measure out salsa so that you have enough to enjoy, however try not to exceed thirty calories.
