Apple Sour Cream Pie

1c. sour cream
3/4.c sugar
2 Tbls. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 cups apples
|
Beat together sour cream, sugar, flour, salt, vanilla, and egg.
Add apples and pour into unbaked 8-inch pie shell.
Bake in hot oven at 400 degrees F. for 20 min.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, and 1/4 cup butter together and sprinkle on top. Bake 20 minutes longer.
