Easy Crock Pot - Slow Cooker Ribs
2 lbs lean boneless pork ribs
1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 1/2 cups of your favorite bbq sauce
3/4 cup cherry preserves
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 garlic clove (minced) or garlic powder to taste



 

Cut ribs into serving sized pieces, if desired. Sprinkle ribs with pepper. Place ribs in crockpot set on low. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until falling apart tender.
