Scalloped Potatoes and Pork Chops

6 pork chops, browned
8 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 Tbls. margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated

In a 3-quart microwavable baking dish, layer potatoes, onions, and margarine. Mix the soup with the milk, seasonings, and cheese. Pour over the potatoes. Cover and microwave on High for 20 minutes. Arrange the pork chops over the potatoes. Spoon some sauce over each pork chop. Cover and microwave on Roast for 20 minutes or on High for 8-10 minutes until the meat is tender!
