V-Style Barbecue Ribs
Barbecue Ribs
15 lb. spare ribs
1 cup water
2 cups barbecue sauce
1/2 cup hotwing sauce
1 cup honey
1/2 cup brown sugar

mix the barbecue sauce, hotwing sauce, honey, and brown sugar and stir until all ingredients are mixed well.

Sauce should have a mild hot taste, which gets hotter as it is digested. If this is not the case, ADD MORE HOTWING SAUCE!!

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Pour the water into a roasting pan and place the ribs into the pan with rib side down and the meat side up. Brush the meat side with a little of the sauce. Stack the other rib and continue this process until all the ribs are placed into the roasting pan.

(Place the rest of the sauce in the refrigerator)

Cover the pan with alluminum foil ensuring a tight seal. Cook the ribs until done, insuring to rotate the ribs from top to bottom every 30 minutes.
(It should take about 2 to 3 hours to cook this amount of ribs)

Once ribs are done, place on a platter and refrigerate for at least four hours. Be careful when removing the ribs from the roasting pan, they will be very hot and very, very, very tender!!!

Once ribs are cold, cut ribs to serving size pieces. Place them on a grill or in the oven using the rest of the sauce to baste the ribs.

The ribs will come out sweet and tangy and will be the so tender, that you will only need a fork!!!!
