CHICKEN ROAST
Chicken fry
1 kg skinless chicken
2 spoons of ginger-garlic paste
2 spoons of red chilly powder
2 eggs
200 grams of corn flour
100 grams of all purpose flour
Salt to taste
500 ml of refined oil
Lemon juice : 3 spoons

 

1. Clean the chicken and cut in to
medium size pieces.
2. Prepare batter using egg,corn
flour, all purpose flour and
red chilly powder. Add Salt and
mix well.
3 Apply ginger-garlic paste, lemon
juice and salt to chicken pieces
and marinate for 40 minutes.
4. Add the marinated chicken pieces
to the batter.
5. Pour oil in to deep bottomed
frying pan and heat. Reduce
flame and deep fry the chicken
pieces in oil until brown.
6. Garnish with onion slices and
green chillies.

SERVE HOT.
