Caesar Mushroom Chicken - addition

4 slices bacon, cut up and fried crispy
Fresh shredded parmesan cheese
|
Well, I already submitted the original Caesar Mushroom chicken recipe, but we made a few additions to it and I thought I would share them!
Simply follow the original recipe, but along with the mushrooms, add the bacon. (slice it up small and fry it nice and crispy first)
Then, at the last 15-20 minutes of baking, top with fresh shredded paresan cheese, or a parm/asiago/romano mix (that's really good) Then bake until the cheese is melted.
