Garlic & Shrimp Chicken Breast
Great for when you need to entertain in a hurry!
1 T Butter.
2 Chicken breasts, skin and bone free.
About 1/4 c plain flour.
1 cup pre cooked shrimp.
1 tsp ground nutmeg.
1 c cream.
1 Tsp crushed garlic.

 

If using shrimp from the freezer defrost first by running under cold water.

Dice chicken into largish cubes and roll in the flour to coat.

Melt butter in a pan with nutmeg and garlic, add chicken. Cook over a medium heat until chicken is almost done. Be careful not to let the chicken burn or stick to the pan.

Reduce heat, add cream and shimp and stir until cream thickens.

Serve over rice with a crisp green salad on the side.
