Antipasto Salad
Great for Large Get-Togethers! |

1lb small seashell macaroni
1/4 lb. provolone cheese
1/4 lb. pepperoni
1/4 lb. hard salami
3 tomatoes
2 green peppers
2 small onions
1 sm. jar green olives
3 stems celery
Dressing:
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup vinegar

Cook macaroni until done; drain and cool. Cut all other ingredients into bite-size pieces. Combine all together in large bowl with macaroni. Combine the dressing ingredients in a jar with lid; shake until well blended. Pour over salad and mix well. Chill overnight. Stir before serving. Great for large get togethers!
