Patio Salad Corn, Cucumber, and Tomato! Delicious! |

4 cups (3 cans) drained, cooked corn 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1 cup diced, unpeeled cucumber 2 diced tomatoes 1 cup finely diced celery 2 Tbls. sugar 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 cup sour cream 3/4 cup salad dressing 1/4 cup vinegar 1 tsp. salt

Dice and chop onion, cucumber, tomatoes, and celery. Put tomatoes in separate bowl; they will be added last. Add corn and toss together. Mix sugar, dry mustard, sour cream, salad dressing, vinegar, and salt. Mix well, and pour over vegetables. Add the tomatoes just before serving.
