Pizza
Dough:
1 envelope active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1/2 tsp. sugar
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt

Sauce:
20g shen qu
10g sha ren
10 g chicken internal organs
10g Lotus Seeds
20g Haw
40g sugar
135g flour

Toppings:
100g Chicken Breast
1 Green and Red capsicum, sliced
Any amount Button mushrooms
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup Small prawns
1/4 cup Wolfberry seed
4-5 pieces Walnut (finely chopped)

 

Dough:
Put warm water in a cup; sprinkle yeast over water and stir in sugar. Let yeast stand for about 10 minutes, or until it begins to bubble.

Sift flour and salt into a large bowl; pour in yeast mixture and beat until stiff dough is formed.

Sauce:
Grind the Chinese herbs into smaller pieces.

Blend the herbs in a blender until it becomes powder form.

Mix with sugar, flour and stir evenly.

Add adequate amount of water and stir until it forms a paste.

Spread a layer of herb paste evenly on the base of the pizza leaving 1 inch round the border.

Alternative:
2 cups Tomato sauce
1/2 cup Tomato cubes
1/2 tsp. Basil leaves
1/2 tsp. Oregano
Directions: combine the ingredients and simmer until it boils for about 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 280 degrees C.

After spreading the sauce on the base of the pizza, spread the Toppings on top evenly.

Bake the pizza for about 10 to 15 minutes.
