Brush the Mushrooms lightly with melted butter. Grill till tender. Put the mushrooms and cheese on a hoagie roll and place under a broiler or back on the grill until cheese is melted. Add lettuce and tomato, and sprinkle lightly with vinagrette dressing. Enjoy!
