Stewed Shark's Fins With Pigeon Meat
Chinese Seafood Recipe!
100g shark's fins
150g pigeon breast meat
water chestnuts
grained dried mushrooms
dried scallops
salt
gourmet powder
delicious soup

 

1. Steam the dried scallops, grained dried mushrooms to be done.

2. Mash the pigeon breast meat, water chestnuts, put in the gourmet powder and salt. Mix them up with the dried scallops, grained dried mushrooms. Spread the mixture at the bottom of a bowl.

3. Put the water-expanded shark's fins in the bowl. Add the delicious soup. Stew them for 8 hours.
