Soak seaweed in cold water for 30 minutes. 2. Drain and rinse the seaweed. 3. Cut the seaweed into smaller pieces. 4. Heat a large pot. 5. Fry seaweed and beef in sesame oil. 6. Add 6 cups of water and boil it. 7. Add soy sauce and garlic. 8. Season with salt. 9. Then just enjoy it!
