I was wondering if anyone could tell me what/ how to process "malted milk"

Did you want to make malt yourself? It would be difficult - it is soaked barley grain that has been heat dried after sprouting . It is then turned into a powder or thick syrup.
Mostly used in the brewing trade until someone had the idea of putting some in milk! :D
There is a website called The Malt Shop that gives a USA address for buying malt.

I also found two places where you can get cans of malted milk. One of them is
looneystuff.safeshopper.com/20/9.htm and the other one offers an e-mail address
foods@cticolfax.com . You can get all the info you need from them.
