I have been looking for a recipe for greek chicken wings but haven't been able to find one. Does anyone have a recipe they could share? Thank You! |

This is a recipe that my neighbor,who happens to be greek,fed me one day and I couldn't get over how good they were. When you see the recipe you will probably think,can't be that good. TRUST ME they are that good. RECIPE As many chicken wings as you want rinsed and patted dry Salt,pepper and dried oregano to your taste sprinkled generously over the wings and then rubbed in with your hands. Put on medium flame on BBQ and cook until done.Turning regularly so that they don't burn. Or at 350F in the oven for 45 minutes turning after 25 minutes. Place on a platter and squeeze fresh lemon juice all over them. Sounds too simple but tastes G-R-E-A-T. Enjoy |
