Does anyone know the secret to peeling a hard boiled egg without it looking like it went through a war? Stella ssspaulding@prodigy.net |

This is what I do. I place the eggs in the pan they were cooked in and add cold water. I then crack the eggs under the water and this seems to help loosen the membrane under the shell. You must get hold of the membrane when you are removing the shell. Your eggs will come out smooth and combat free. |
