:idea: The only suggestion I can make is go to Google and type in Lumpia recipes as I did and you would be surprised at how many sites there are with recipes.

We had it while visiting the outlaws in Norfolk this past weekend actually. While this doesn't constitute a recipe for lumpia, it might qualify as a recipe for success. My bro-in-law Vic knows someone in Tidewater who is a Phillipino working in food service at the Naval Base (I think). When he wants lumpia he just orders it by the bag. You want 25, 50, 100? Let me know and I can get it for ya. It's always way good and no hassle involved. I think they tend to keep a few dozen around just cuz.
