Does anyone know how to make crispitos. My sons eat them a school and love them (as amazing as that sounds) So if anyone could tell me how to make them i would greatly appreciate it. They have some kind of hamburger with taco seasoning in them. If that helps. :D

I am not sure how to make them either, I like them too (they can be bought at our local grocery deli)...but it sounds like your idea is on the right track. The ones that I have eaten also have cheese inside and I believe they are deep fried.

I found this explanation online: Flour tortillas, rolled around seasoned shredded chicken or beef, then deep-fried until crisp. Like a taco in a tube.

If I were to try to make them myself that is what I would do, except rather than deep fry them, I would use a light oil in a skillet and just keep turning them.
