We're brewing chili this afternoon and thought we'd have some of this alongside. It's usually a cornbread with creamed corn added and probably an additional spice or two for flavor spin. Anybody got anything like this handy? |

Too late for your Sunday dinner. I don't have anything like that, though it does sound good. I add diced bell pepper (a bit of yellow, red, and green), diced onion, cilantro and a dash or two of chili powder to my cornbread for a mexican flavor. |

... and report the results here. You're right, it's too late for THAT batch of chili but there will be another one of those. Your notions sound right on. |
