Wow, I really like this web page. I stumbled across it as we have more than 30 nationalities working in our company headquarter and once a year we have an international cook out. As I found all the things the New Zealanders, Australians and Americans were suggesting, I then went to the German page. A friend of mine and me we were sitting in front of this and thinking: have you ever heard of this food? Until we realized - that the two given spellings were so far off from nowadays German that no German would ever be able to identify them. It took us an overnight sleep... I guess I will need to contribute a few more German ones! |
