Hey everyone... I received this request this morning and thought maybe you all would have some other ideas for this gal to help her out. I will let her know to check the message board! Any help would be appreciated! I have been on computer trying to track down some quantities for cooking for one hundred people. We are having a family reunion and I need to know how much baking I need and how many salads I require to accompany a steak barbeque with baked potatoes. We will be providing three days of meals at a well equipped camp site. refrigeration and cooking facilities are not a problem. Some menu ideas would be appreciated but mainly I would settle for an idea on quantities for refreshments, coffee,deserts etc. |
