What are you having? Any family traditions? We bought a 20 lb. ham. But there will be lots of ham sandwiches next week. Having dinner with my S.O.'s family, so any other family traditions are pretty much out the window. But I am still going to make a quiche, even if they don't know what one is! |

This year is going to be different. We are going to my brother-in law's house. I will not be doing any cooking for a change. I will sit back and enjoy. I will bring something of course but that is a far as it will go. I will actually be relaxing at a family get together. I am shaking at the thought already.Relaxing!! what a concept. I hope everyone will enjoy their Easter as well. I will let you know how it went. |

Trust me on this, once it is cooked up then chopped up and all the ingredients are added to it,it is absolutely wonderful. Hummous is also great and you eat that with pita bread (flat breads) It is also very tasty and healthy. If you have any middle east restaurants around they serve hummous. You should give it a try. |

well I'd have to drive 2 hours to probably find a Middle Eastern Restaurant..and then I'm not sure there are any in Fargo... You have to remember I live in a pretty remote area! As for liver... it makes the house smell so bad when you cook it!! |

Depends the type of liver you use. For this recipe you use fresh chicken livers, not beef or pork and that makes all the difference. If you come across a deli that serves it just try it. You will really like it. |
