When southerners have a Fourth of July BBQ , it is absolutely required that BBQ hash served over rice is part of the meal. It is usually made of a hog's head and that's as much as I know. Help....we're having between 50 and 75 people here for a BBQ July 2 and can't find a recipe for this!
