Welcome! Feel free to post questions, comments, what ever. Someone usually has a repsonse. And yes, there are great cooks hanging around here, although most of them have been a little quiet lately. I can only attribute that to either summer vacations or folks so full of backyard bbq they can't get out of their hammocks.
