The Swedish meatballs were a big hit. My guests would steal them off the plate before I was finished with the gravy. I used real mash potatoes instead of the egg noodles and I added some mushrooms to the gravy which I thought worked out very well. I will post the Gravy recipe after the holidays. Thanks again for the recipe. 2008 is going to be a good year! Jayne |
