Post subject:  Lamb Recipe
Happy New Year all!!! I am looking for a recipe for a boneless leg of lamb recipe. I grilled one last new years day but I lost the recipe... I guess I should have posted it on NetCooks :lol: Anyway, the recipe uses spinach as a stuffing for the leg. Any help would be appreciated.

I cooked Paella instead of lamb for our new year celebration. We invited a couple of friends over and everybody had fun cooking, chopping, mixing and of course tasting in the kitchen. Paella is a great dish however it takes time to cook so you may want to have a couple bottles of wine handy....
