I have a Baklava recipie that uses farina, what is this and is there another name it goes by? Is it he same as durum semolina?

Farina is made from cereal grains. It is a bland-tasting flour or meal that makes a hot breakfast cereal when cooked in boiling water. It's rich in protein and very easily digested.
