I have a Baklava recipie that uses farina, what is this and is there another name it goes by? Is it he same as durum semolina? |

Farina is made from cereal grains. It is a bland-tasting flour or meal that makes a hot breakfast cereal when cooked in boiling water. It's rich in protein and very easily digested. I hope this helps! |
