I am looking for a recipe to make semi-hot Italialian sausage(not sweet) for 1-2 lbs of pork. What kind of pork should be used for grinding. Thanks H&BZ

Generally less expensive cuts of pork are used when making sausage, mostly endcuts and tidbits from roasts and steaks. Just be careful and make sure to remove all bones. 8)
