I have recently discovered cold pressed avocado oil!! Has anyone else tried this stuff?? It is fantastic!! I currently use it as a stir fry oil and on salads. Since I'm not much of a cook I have yet to try any of the fancy recipes on the site that I purchased it, but I'm looking forward to experimenting!! This stuff is wonderful! Sorry, but I just can't see using avocado oil in ANYTHING! Eww....

I tried avocado oil at a recent food show in Sydney, Australia. It had such a wonderful aroma and feel. I bought a bottle of 'Olivado' Gold Avocado Oil infused with Chili and Bell Pepper and we are having a hard time resisting using it with everything ... especially dipping fresh sourdough bread
