Does anyone know a substitution for Parafin Wax in candy recipes??

Hi There;
To my knowledge there is no substitutions for parafin wax in candy recipes. You don't use much and it's not harmful.The only other thing you can do is buy dipping choc. for your candy. You can also temper your chocolate for dipping,but I believe you still have to add a little parafin.If I remember right.
