Ok, here's my question.....
I was lucky enough to find this site because I was looking for Nesco Roaster recipes.
Does anyone know of a site that has these? I just got a great deal on a 6 qt at a garage sale. Thanks ahead!!!

I e-mailed the company and they sent me an owners manual that has some very nice recipes in it. Great company!

I don't even know what a Nesco roaster is but I'm going to look it up. I just got a stoneware roaster from Pampered Chef and am anxious to try it out on a couple of chickens. :)

 I have a Nesco Roaster.... I use it like a regular oven...... Especially during the summer....... I just take it outside on the patio.... Doesn't heat up the house that way... I have also cooked corn on the cob it it too...... just add water, salt and corn!! It seems to work great for just about anything you want.....

Meows.................. Linda
